TYF457- Life Update: Processing Grief and Loneliness

In this heartfelt episode, Erin shares a powerful reflection following a recent art therapy session that opened up deep emotions around grief from a past relationship. Though originally planning to discuss yoga retreats, Erin instead invites listeners into a raw and vulnerable space of emotional processing.

She explores how EMDR-inspired techniques helped uncover a poignant memory with her ex-partner—one she chose not to erase, honoring the beauty within the pain. Erin candidly discusses themes of loneliness, healing, and the rediscovery of self through yoga, creative movement, and music.

As a coach and mental wellness advocate, Erin emphasizes the importance of therapy, accountability, and emotional expression. This episode is a reminder of the strength in vulnerability and the transformative power of embracing our full emotional spectrum.

Stay tuned for the next episode, where we return to the topic of yoga retreats. Until then, may you honor your feelings and find beauty in your own healing journey.

Would you like to hear a story that truly inspires?

For all the yogis who feel like they don’t quite fit in or think they have to shed their past to embrace spirituality—this one’s for you.

🌀 Erin interviews Raghunath Ray Cappo for the first time, and what an inspiration he is!

From New York’s hardcore punk scene to the heart of Vedic teachings, Raghunath shares why you don’t have to change your essence—just refine it. Spirituality isn’t about swapping identities but using who you already are to elevate your consciousness.

This book changes lives!!!!

Bought for a friend and he says: “I am in recovery and I loved this book. So much that hit me in the first 10 pages. It’s validating to see the feelings I have that are fairly secretive- also shared by the author. Highly recommend this to anyone in recovery- no matter what stage.”

JD Grateful

So profound and relatable!

Amazing book! I am only 30 pages in, but I already love it!
