In this episode, Erin explains how Asana, posture practice, can be used as prayer to manifest based on our intentions.
We can wrap our heads around this by knowing if we think something, as a result we feel something. The emotion echoing through our body has a vibration which can be healing in the body and make us feel good.
If we feel good, we are more open and feel connected. If we feel more connected we see the world in a broader sense, feel more grateful, can be more focused, and even recognize opportunity more.
