TAA188 Love Burn Orgasmic Meditation

In this episode Erin talks about her experience at Love Burn which is an experience similar to Burning Man with similar ethics that had a HUGE impact.

This experience burned out through the process of love all the shame I had been holding around my sexuality and past. As a bonus in this episode I talk about my fantastic experience with Orgasmic Meditation. This is one you won’t want to skip!

TAA187 Forgiveness: Finding it within

This podcast was inspired by a happening in my life where I just goofed and made a huge mistake. Rather than beating myself up (which was my old pattern) I remembered a story:A yogi was walking alongside her guru and expressing how guilty she felt about a mistake shemade. The guru listened with full attention and then replied, “How egotistical of you?”The devotee was quite shocked at the response, but then the guru continued. “How egotistical of you to assume you are so perfect in your human-ness that you are not afford a mistake.”When I heard this, I felt instant relief. I also include some additional tools and tips to help process.Namaste Reach out [email protected] out Erin’s Heal Your Body Retreat:http://www.thriveyogafit.com/heal-your-body

TAA186 Meditation for Processing Physical Pain

This meditation was inspired by physical pain I had been dealing with.

Pain is something we all experience as humans, but suffering can be optional. Suffering happens when we wrap a story around our pain. This amplifies it and causes it to intensify and overwhelm us.

When we choose to go into our pain with presence and compassion, we are able to find a deeper space of peace once more. Then the pain may still be there, but it can become so much less.

TAA183 Meditation to Process Jealousy

In this meditation, Erin guides how to navigate jealousy and the insecurity that comes up around it. So often we forget our greatness, beauty, and that we are a whole human being. With jealousy many times we are objectifying ourselves and others. Our world becomes very small and we feel rejected and alone. Many times it just takes allowing the insecurity to come up and pass so we can start filling ourselves up with self love. Then jealousy becomes much less.

TAA182 Meditation for Trauma & PTSD

In this special meditation, Erin guides you through trauma that may block you from living a balanced and healthy life. Reconnecting in a safe way to the body and allowing the stuck energy to pass can allow freedom for those who may be suffering with past abuse, trauma, or PTSD. Erin I s survivor of all three and shares the technique she has developed to heal herself and others.

TAA181-Meditation-for-Anger

In this meditation, Erin guides you through the fire of Anger. Anger is something we often push down and resist because of how our parents or mentors modeled how to handle this emotion. Many times it just takes allowing the anger in a safe environment to start changing our relationship with it.

If you’re willing to do the work this book will change your life.

I bought this book after attending a retreat with the author Erin at Anna Maria Island in Florida. I am a certified law of attraction coach and yoga instructor. I love how Erin has infused life coaching, yoga philosophy, Asana and nutrition to create this book for holistic healing. This is more than just a book it’s entire program to help you in your healing journey. It is real it is raw and so insightful. Erin is the real deal. She’s been through the trenches she gets right in there with you and helps you to find your own answers within. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to delve deeper into their own self discovery and learn to live a thriving life. Thank you Erin for this amazing program 🙏

This book changes lives!!!!

Bought for a friend and he says: “I am in recovery and I loved this book. So much that hit me in the first 10 pages. It’s validating to see the feelings I have that are fairly secretive- also shared by the author. Highly recommend this to anyone in recovery- no matter what stage.”

JD Grateful

So profound and relatable!

Amazing book! I am only 30 pages in, but I already love it!
