After returning from my travels in India and Thailand, I’ve finally settled back in, and I want to talk about something that has recently become significant in my life: Bhakti Yoga, the practice of devotion.
I talk about the six pillars of Bhakti Yoga and how they can really enhance your life.
The six pillars of Bhakti Yoga are:
1. Non-Criticism: Avoid criticizing, condemning, or judging others.
2. Tolerance: Cultivate tolerance towards others and various situations.
3. Non-Offense: Forgive others immediately and completely, without taking offense.
4. Quick to Apologize: Be swift in offering apologies when you make mistakes.
5. See the Good in Others: Recognize and acknowledge the good in others.
6. Gratitude: Maintain a spirit of gratitude and keep track of your blessings.
